Before we list, we walk the property with a contractor's eye. If a kitchen refresh or a cosmetic repair would meaningfully raise your sale price, we tell you exactly what it costs and what it returns, then manage that work ourselves so you're not coordinating a separate contractor on top of selling your home. If the home is better sold as-is or as a teardown opportunity, we tell you that too.

Construction runs from roughly $700 to $1,500 per square foot depending on scope, and most of our real estate and build clients are working in the $5 million to $15 million range including land.

Levine Homes was founded in 2013 by Mike Levine, a Hermosa Beach resident who grew up in Manhattan Beach. We are a licensed general contractor and real estate broker.

Every project we take on is managed personally, with full accountability from first meeting to final walkthrough. Part of our revenue supports the construction of bomb shelters for families in Israel, because building should serve people, not just property values.
